What do the statuses mean?

Each connected asset displays a status that tells you whether it is working normally or needs attention.

StatusDescription
ActiveConnected, all permissions granted, and at least one toggle (Moderate or Engage) is turned on.
InactiveFully connected, but no comments received in the last 24 hours.
PartialBM-level only. Some Pages under this Business Manager have issues (e.g., permissions errors or lost access) while others are working normally.
PausedBoth toggles are off. The Page stays connected but we are not processing comments. Turn Moderate and/or Engage back on to resume.
Permissions errorMissing required platform permissions (e.g., Manage Comments). You will need to relink the profile.
Billing failedThe last payment attempt failed. Add a valid card to resume usage.
Access lostWe can no longer access this asset. Hover over the status to see the specific reason — common causes include a changed profile password, the BM or Page being restricted by Meta or TikTok, or Page permissions being revoked by an admin. Reconnect your profile to resolve.
Cool offMeta's daily comment limit has been reached. We will resume replies automatically when the limit resets.
Limit reachedYour plan's monthly comment limit has been reached before the billing cycle ends. Upgrade your plan to get a higher limit and resume processing.
