Can I limit my daily spend or usage?

Yes. Every plan can set its own cap under Billing, and the kind of cap matches how your plan is billed.

On monthly plans: a daily comment cap

Plans like Start, Boost, and Pro include a fixed number of comments per month. One viral post can burn through that quota in a couple of days, so the Usage limit card lets you cap how many comments we process per day. The rest of the month stays covered.

  • Type a number and press Enter. The suggestion in the empty field is your plan's allowance split evenly across the billing cycle.
  • The bar tracks today's processed comments against the cap, and the row below translates it into money: what a fully capped day costs, what you've spent today, and your per-comment rate.
  • Clear the field (the ×) to remove the limit.

On Enterprise: dollar caps

Pay-as-you-go plans cap money instead. The Spending limits card takes a daily and a monthly dollar cap, each with its own progress bar against actual spend.

What happens when a cap is reached

Comment processing pauses: until tomorrow for a daily cap, until the next billing period for a monthly one. You get a notification, and the dashboard shows a banner with a one-tap link back to your limits.

Comments that arrive while you're paused aren't lost; they simply aren't processed. Raise or clear the cap anytime and processing resumes on the next cycle.

Caps are optional. No cap set means we process everything, exactly as before. See How does pricing work? for what a processed comment costs on your plan.
