What are "Profiles", "Pages", and "BMs" tabs for?

Each tab gives you a different view of your connected assets — whether you are managing by person, by business unit, or by individual account.

Profiles

Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok profiles you have linked to Reply200. This is the top-level identity that owns or has access to your business assets.

BMs (Business Managers)

Business Managers connected through your linked Facebook profiles. Each BM groups one or more Pages together under a single business entity.

Pages

Individual accounts where we actually process comments. This tab includes:

• Facebook Pages from your approved BMs
• Instagram accounts linked to those Pages
• Standalone Instagram Professional Accounts you have connected directly
• TikTok accounts you have connected
