How do I track usage?

You can track your usage in real time right from your Reply200 dashboard.

• Processed comments — We display the total number in the Dashboard section.
• Current spend and plan details — Available under Billing → Plans.
• Per-comment billing status — Visible in Logs next to each processed comment:
  • Included — Within your monthly plan limit.
  • Over Limit — Billed at your plan's per-comment rate.
  • Unbilled — Processed but not charged (e.g., Cool off status, free trial, or system-exempt).

No surprises — we show you everything as it happens.
