What timezone is everything in?

Whatever you set in Settings → Account → Timezone. One setting decides where your day starts and ends, everywhere in Reply200.

Search by city or region. Your device's own timezone and UTC sit at the top as one-tap options. New accounts are on UTC until you pick something else.

What it changes

• Your stats. Today, Yesterday, This week and any custom range are counted in your zone, on the dashboard, in Comments, and in billing history.
• When daily limits reset. Account, business, and page daily limits start a fresh day at your midnight, and a paused row resumes then.
• Peak hours. The busiest-hours chart on the Comments screen is bucketed in your zone, so "2 PM" means 2 PM where you are.
• CSV exports. Timestamps come out in your zone.

What it doesn't change

Nothing about your data moves. Comments keep the exact moment they arrived; the timezone only decides where one day is cut from the next. Change it whenever you like.

One thing to know: switching zones re-anchors today's window immediately. Today's numbers can shift once when you switch, and they settle by the next midnight.

Working with a team

Everything follows the workspace owner's timezone, not each member's. That way one business has one set of daily numbers, whoever is looking at them.
