What does "action" mean?

An action is counted when you or Reply200 perform one of the following on a comment:

  • Hidden — We categorize the comment as Spam or Negative, or you manually hide it in the Logs section.
  • Deleted — You manually delete a comment through Logs.
  • Replied — The comment receives a reply.
  • Reacted — A Facebook comment is Liked. (Love reactions on Instagram are not yet supported by Meta's API.)
  • Ignored — We determine that a comment does not require a reply — for example, when responding would feel redundant, forced, or socially awkward. Also used during Cool off status, which occurs when Meta's daily comment reply limit is reached. You are not charged for comments ignored during Cool off.

You can filter by Action in Logs to quickly find comments with a specific action applied.
