What counts as spam or negative?
Negative
- Direct insults, slurs, or aggressive tone aimed at the ad, post, live stream, or page
- Attempts to discredit the content — e.g., "fake," "AI-generated," "this is staged"
- Sarcasm, trolling, or minor negativity may get a reply or roast instead of being hidden, depending on your voice replica
Only content that clearly threatens performance or credibility is hidden.
Spam
- Unrelated brands, hashtags, promotions, or platform mentions that derail the conversation
- Link dumping, redirect bait, masked URLs, or external offers pushed through comments
- Attempts to initiate personal contact between users — e.g., "DM me," "text me" — especially when replying to another commenter
- Nicely phrased but off-topic comments are still treated as spam if they derail engagement, distract from your CTA, or pose platform risks
We catch the noise so your real audience gets heard.
