Each comment can trigger up to two billable actions — one from Moderate, one from Engage.

• Moderate (billed) — the AI reads and categorizes the comment. If categorized as Spam or Negative, the comment is hidden.
• Engage (billed) — the AI replies, reacts, or intentionally ignores, based on context.
